The Stuttering Pride Waterfall was installed in a wooded area at Curraghmore House, Co. Waterford. It is created from the repeat pattern of the Making Waves: a stuttering pride flag. August 2023.

A symbol of collective power, energy and awe, a waterfall has the ability to stop the viewer in their tracks. Like water, stuttering is variable: at once crashing and calm. This cascading waterfall of stammering pride makes its way through a wooded clearing, carving a path to follow.

By design the stammering pride flag makes a repeated, wave pattern. Created from long strips of semi-transparent, flowing flag material, this installation waves in the wind and moves along the wire it hangs from, allowing for numerous orientations.
